Notes to program:
"Working Group" - each WP will have separate group managed – moderated - by the responsible coordinator. Individual – all participants will have to be on one group! - partners will circulate between the groups and discuss the specific problems and ideas with the coordinator. Each coordinator will prepare the program of the consultations and on the 2nd plenary session will present the results of the working group, including the proposal for the Conclusions and Recommendations (CAR).
"Moderators" will – lead their thematic block, working group, present the objectives, coordinate the discussion with WP/WG.
"Needs printed text report till workshop" – each responsible partner/moderator for activities/presentation of WP/WG will have to have prepared short text/table report (half page A4) about their results, outputs of activities/presentation before workshop. This "printed" report will have to be passed to LP on the workshop.
"Needs text report made on workshop" – each responsible partner/moderator for activities/presentation of WP/WG will have to prepare short text/table report about their results, outputs of activities/presentation during the workshop. This report will have to be as an input to CAR.
